e-learning Programme reaches 3000

 In Developing your Team

This month marks the 3000th person to sign up to the Ashtons e-learning programme.

Trish Murrain, a Ward Manager from Bradford, registered for the course ealier this month. The nature of her job as a Ward Manager means that the convenience of e-learning has allowed her to fit the course in around her regular duties.

The Prescribing & Administering e-learning module has been developed to provide best practice guidance on writing prescription cards, to comply with legal requirements and facilitate the safe and accurate medication administration by nurses.

We offer this module at no extra charge to our hospital clients. By using it to build on the existing skills of clinical staff, they will become proficient in the use of the Ashtons Prescription & Administration Record System.

“After reaching 2000 users in April last year we are delighted to have reached 3000 users already, and the programme continues to grow quickly”, tells Laurence Sprey, Managing Director. “We will soon be making an exciting announcement about a large expansion to our Portfolio of Training, including two new e-learning modules.”

We feel all clinical staff can benefit from this programme, so if you haven’t signed up already – then do it now! You won’t regret it.
