Updated requirements for returning unwanted medication

Once stock has left Ashtons, we are not permitted to take it back after five days have lapsed, and this is a condition of the MHRA license and is a regulatory requirement.

In order to protect the integrity and quality of medication, there are statutory requirements that apply to the transportation and storage which must be followed. Ashtons has an MHRA Wholesale Dealers Licence which means we can store and distribute medicine stock to our customers.

For example, if your order is dispatched by Ashtons on a Tuesday, then the returned unwanted medicine must be received back at Ashtons on Saturday, at the latest.
